She states that she was born in Boston, Massachusetts on November 30, 1894, her current address is 21 East 14th Street, New York City, and she employed as a milliner. She is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall with a high forehead, blue eyes, a straight nose, a medium mouth, appointed chin, brown hair, fair complexion, and oval face. A photograph is attached to this application.
She is also listed in the Ellis Island archives. She sailed from Southampton to New York aboard the “Olympic”. She arrived in New York on July 12, 1922. Her address is listed as 21 E. 145 Street, New York.
