General Notes:
24 March, 1746 - purchassed 100 acres of land know as Anderson's Folly on the north side of the Neuse River, Craven County, North Carolina for 30 pounds.
18 March, 1749 - purchased 15 acres of land next to original 100 acres, witnessed by John Hollingsworth and Harris Yeomans.
1754 John, Harris and Thomas Yeomans wre members of the Craven County, North Carolina Militia.
09 May, 1758 - John Yeomans was appointed administrator to the estate of Ann Brown.
07 March, was granted 280 acres from the colonial government, described as being on the north side of the Neuse River.
25 November, 1771 was granted another 100 acres on the north side of the Neuse River.
Begining in 1772 John Yeomans begins to selling off his property in Craven County and on 12 December, 1772 sold what appears to be his last acreage and disappears from the records of Craven County, North Carolina.
18 March, 1773 john Yeomans buys his first property in South Carolina from Adam Ulmer 189 acres on Pen Branch in Beaufort District.
